Over the course of the vacation, you will explore the southern Antilles as the fabled exploreres of the past have done – by sail. You have the chance to climb several of the best known peaks some of which are active but sleeping volcanos… You also have the opportunity to experience the tropical forest and taste the best of Creole cuisine while seeing the coral reefs and watching the abundant flora and fauna. To start you have three enchanting nights on a tiny island off Martinique, the first day is spent relaxing, the second in a hike to the summit of Pélée on the third you join the 13 metre catamaran for a cruise south to St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines spending your time sailing, hiking two volcanos, snorkelling and after all of this returning to Martinique to return home.

Realizing our dreams
To celebrate the 50th birthday of my spouse, in place of offering a piece of jewelry or I do not know what other thing, the idea of an unusual trip grew in our minds. But the suggestions from the more traditional agencies gave us the impression of entering a temple of consumption, such as a cruise on a floating casino or a hotel where the main activity would be getting the perfect tan.
But no sooner had we crossed the threshold of A Taste of Travel, than Emmanuel & George were able to make us dream! On the basis of two criteria: dates (maximum 3 weeks) and budget, during our first visit the Caribbean seemed the first choice. We are not frequent travelers or great adventurers, the “Roadbook”, or itinerary, given shortly before the departure was so detailed and so clear that the transfer from the 8 hotels, 7 flights, four boats, two trains and 3 car rentals were done with ease.
Thanks to their preparation, organization and follow-up we were able to realize a dream trip. A thousand thank you Emmanuel & George.
