Meet with a local Icelandic agency offering slow travel. The owners and founders, Jean-Marc & Harpa, whom you may have seen and heard on the RTS’s “Passe-moi les jumelles”, describe the multiple facets of Icelandic life and activities in their itineraries.

Jean-Marc and Harpa introduce their very personal Icelandic experience taking pleasure in showing visitors this awe-inspiring part of the world and giving them a chance to enjoy this life changing experience.

Biography of Harpa & Jean-Marc

Harpa is Icelandic, a graduate in anthropology and guide, with 10 experience in Iceland with a special knowledge of geology. She is also a Kundalini Yoga teacher and specializes in working with pregnant women. Harpa has a musical education using the cello and the voice, often a help when traveling with entertaining Icelandic folk songs.
Jean-Marc is a French and a teacher of Aikido, Qigong and is a Shiatsu practitioner. He often goes to France to improve this experience in different disciplines. He lives in Iceland and has traveled throughout the country for several years as a photographer and guide. He chose to live in Mývatn for the stunning photography opportunities, the baths and massages and can help you truly experience this region which he particularly likes.
